Bacon-Turkey-Cranberry Roll-Ups
Ingredients

1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened

4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled

¼ cup dried cranberries, chopped

2 green onions, thinly sliced

3 7-8 inch multigrain or whole-wheat tortillas (or two 9- to 10-inch tortillas)

4 ounce thinly sliced deli-style turkey
Directions

In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, bacon, cranberries, and green onions. Spread cream cheese mixture over tortillas to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Top with a thin layer of turkey. Tightly roll up tortillas.* Cut roll crosswise into 1-inch pieces.

If desired, wrap rolls in plastic wrap and chill for up to 24 hours before cutting and serving.
